2. Bespoke Made-to-Order Nature

All garments commissioned through Nixie are custom drafted and tailored individually according to the client's specified dimensions, design modifications, and selected materials.

3. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment Structure

• Automated Estimates: Price estimates generated by our AI outfit analysis tool are intended as directional guidance only and do not constitute a legally binding quote.
• Official Invoicing: Official pricing is finalized after design consultation and issued via a verified Nixie invoice.
• Payment Milestones: Standard custom orders require a 50% advance payment to initiate pattern drafting and fabric sourcing, with the remaining 50% balance settled upon completion prior to final dispatch.
• Prepaid Only: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke apparel, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not supported.

4. Client Measurement & Approval Responsibilities

The client is responsible for supplying accurate body measurements following our measurement guide. Approval of design sketches, fabric swatch videos, and detailing checkpoints provided during the production lifecycle constitutes binding authorization to proceed with cutting and stitching.

5. Alterations, Returns & Cancellations

All alteration inquiries, return qualifications, reverse pickup fees, and order cancellation restrictions are strictly governed by our Return, Alteration & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All original branding, graphics, website design, written content, studio lookbooks, and proprietary software tools are the sole intellectual property of Nixie. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

7. Material Variations & Handcraft Disclaimer

Because our garments utilize natural fabrics, custom dye lots, and artisanal hand embroidery or sequin detailing, subtle variations in weave texture, dye saturation, and motif placement are intrinsic hallmarks of handcrafted fashion and are not deemed defects. Color appearance may also vary slightly based on display screen calibrations.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
